Anyone
interested in joining the Scribbly Faces team will be trained in
the use of sponges and brushes to create fabulous designs in about
4 minutes. You will learn a basic range of faces to start with that
encompass all the necessary techniques. After that you will get
hands-on experience and start building your range, speed and confidence.
Everyone is encouraged to be creative once they have mastered the
basics.
Every 6 months there will be an accreditation meeting where you
will be assessed on technique and creativity, speed, working hygiene
and camera skills. The level you have reached will determine the
level of pay for the next six months. All Scribbly Faces artists
are expected to be well-presented, reliable, punctual and have high
